We're a team of passionate individuals who have come together to create something special. We're all different, but we share a common bond: a “Mongrel Mentality” and a passion for Rugby League. What is Mongrel Mentality you may ask? It is derived from the word Mongrel in the urban dictionary for tenacity, stubborn determination, a is colloquial variant of the term “Doggedness” used largely in Australia and New Zealand. We give a nod to Adam Wright, a life long lover of Rugby League for suggesting the name, one we have embraced and one that shares our values on and off the field.

We are committed to growing the game of rugby in Los Angeles and the wider communities and expanding the opportunities for people to play regardless of background, gender or age. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to experience the joy and camaraderie that comes with being part of a Rugby League team.
