Mongrel submits expression of interest to join USARL

We can confirm that we have submitted our expression of interest to join USARL for the 2023 season. We support the direction that the IRL and USARL have outlined in the governance review and believe our inclusion to the league will be the catalyst for others to join us and assist with the growth of the game.
