LA Mongrel is hitting the Santa Rosa 9s Memorial Day Weekend as we gear up for the inaugural women’s 2024 season. This tournament is the perfect chance for us to show all the hard work we’ve been putting in.

the team has been training like never before. From tough conditioning sessions to strategic drills, everyone has been giving their all. We've embraced our Mongrel mentality – fierce, determined, and never backing down. Our coaches have been pushing us to be our best, both physically and mentally, and we’re ready to take on the challenge.
